Think you can’t afford a wedding coordinator?
If you think your budget is too tight and you can’t afford a wedding coordinator, think again. You can’t afford to be without one. Our wedding was VERY DIY, and we didn’t have a huge budget. There are a lot of things you can do yourself, but if you’re the bride, who’s going to make sure it all happens? While most wedding planners offered pricey “day of” coordination packages, Premier Party Planners’ package is actually reasonable and starts the month before your wedding. After more than a year of careful planning, I was so relieved to hand over everything to Nicole the month before and know that she was going to confirm everything, draw attention to any detail I had forgotten and execute our vision for the day. Our wedding day was perfect – exactly what we wanted, and because of Nicole it was so much less stressful. Despite being an organized person, there was so much last-minute stress that I didn’t anticipate, and I am so glad I had her to take care of everything!
Month of Wedding Planner – AMAZING
My husband and I hired Nicole to be our “Month of” wedding planner and it was one of the best decisions we ever made – HANDS DOWN! From our first meeting, Nicole made us feel completely at ease and we knew we were in good hands. She is extremely professional and very friendly. Her attention to detail and organization was like no other! Many of my vendors even agreed she was one of the best wedding planners they have ever seen and a pleasure to work with. The perfect planner!
We hired Nicole to be our “day of coordinator”, which meant she started working with us a month out from our wedding to make sure we were on the right track. She was always available for questions (which I had a ton of), full of wonderful suggestions and she completely took away all the stress! Our friends and family even commented on how smoothly the whole day went. She is a “get it done” type of person, which is exactly what you need for a wedding coordinator! I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her.

Nicole was an excellent wedding coordinator and so much help to me, my husband and family during the month before our wedding and the wedding day. She is very professional, organized and detail oriented, and helped us create a flawless schedule for the wedding day. She asked questions I hadn’t even thought of and was ready with a solution for every problem that arose. She even had a last minute solution to keep my dress from dragging on the floor when we did our first dance! The wedding day went extremely smoothly, and I think Nicole was a big part of helping it go so well. She was able to coordinate and communicate with all of the vendors on the day-of, a job that the bride and groom would otherwise be doing. Having Nicole there to help us was a huge stress relief and helped us fully enjoy the wedding day. I am very thankful we found her!
AMAZING WEDDING PLANNER
After I got engaged so many things about what I wanted ran through my head. Naturally, I started to panic, not knowing where to start or how to put together everything I had envisoned for my wedding day. I looked up wedding planners in Raleigh, NC and I had stumbled upon a few. Some I had talked to but none stood out like Nicole from Premier Party Planners. She called me and asked me questions and I felt so comfortable talking to her on the phone that I made a consultation appointment right then and there. I met with Nicole with my mother and at the end of the meeting I knew that this was the person I wanted to help me tackle this weddding. Nicole is so easy to talk to, she listens to everything you have to say, she knows so much about the surrounding area and the vendors and venues. I thought I would stress about things when it got closer to the wedding but Nicole was on top of her game and I dont think I could ever really thank her for all of her hard work and her time that she put into making my wedding a reality! She is such a wonderful person and such a hardworker and I would recommend her for any bride out there looking for an amazing wedding planner!! Thanks Nicole!!!
Nicole is Fabulous!!
My daughter and I hired Nicole with Premier Party Planners to get help with all of the wedding planning. We were impressed with her from the moment we met her. We never realized just how much we really needed her until 30 days prior to the wedding. She was always available to answer any questions and to recommend other vendors that she knew and trusted. The wedding was beautiful!! I even had guests who wanted her card so they could use her in the future.

I can not rave enough about Nicole with Premier Party Planners!!!! Nicole made our wedding a success. If we would have known what we know now, we would have engaged Nicole’s services for more than her “Month of Service.” I will admit, I’m a bit of a control freak and believe that I can make decisions fairly well, but if you have never been married before, it’s wise to hire professionals. If you think you can’t afford a wedding planner, just talk with Nicole and I’m sure she can make it worth your time and money. We found this gem through a friend and the things that you never thought you needed to think about, Nicole will assist you with. It was nice having someone, who knows the business, to bounce things off of. Nicole took care of everything. I guess my question for you would be – do you really what your friends and family worrying about what to do and when or do you want them to enjoy your special day? I know I have not mentioned any negatives and I can honestly tell you, I didn’t have any. The only other thing I regret is taking so long to submit the review. Love you Nicole and we can’t wait to use your services again (party not wedding 🙂 )!!!!
Nicole is an Amazing Wedding Planner!!
Nicole at Premier Party Planners was my day of event planner for my wedding on 6/15/2013. She was so organized, and so on top of things! She asked so many questions I would have never even thought of when planning, leaving no detail uncovered. She even created day of event agendas for everyone in my wedding party, myself and the vendors. She made my wedding day stress free and even added some extra touches that I didn’t even think of and absolutely loved! Plus, she made sure our reception venue looked exactly as I wanted it to when I arrived! I would recommend her to anyone. Her service was fabulous, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with!
Nicole is the best!! I used her for the month of planning and organizing, she did a wonderful job and took a lot of stress off of even on the the wedding day when our plan A and B were ruined by the rain. She did a great job of working with the venue to allow us to use a church for the ceremony since is was pouring rain. She did a wonderful job and helping me out in every aspect! If I was getting married again I would totally use her!! I give her 5+ stars!

I don’t know where to start when it comes to telling anyone about all the amazing things Nicole with Premier Party Planners did for my husband, my family & I! She was our peace of mind and our guiding light through the entire event. Having her with me every step of the way through the planning process just made the day effortless for my husband and I! She made sure all of our vendors and wedding party were informed and handled any and all tasks that were thrown at her. I cannot stress enough how essential she was in making our fairytale wedding come true! If you don’t have a wedding coordinator already… GET NICOLE! 🙂
